We encourage feedback from our patients. Feedback enables us to improve our services for all our patients and lets us know what we are doing right and what we could do better.

  • Calling the surgery on 09 376 5621 (ask for the Practice Manager or Complaints Officer and they will guide you through our process) or feel free to make a submission below
